I have been working in peace and character education–related community development for more than eight years, applying a social entrepreneurship approach that combines impact, innovation, and sustainability. I design experiential learning models that strengthen social cohesion and empower youth in schools and communities. Throughout my professional experience, I have led programs engaging more than young people across ASEAN, translating complex peace concepts into practical, youth-friendly learning experiences. I have contributed to national capacity-building initiatives by supporting training for over 600 university lecturers and have represented civil society in international forums on peacebuilding. I am passionate about collaborative, evidence-informed strategies that foster resilient and inclusive communities.
