Contributions include:• Spearheaded a company-wide effort to successfully certify 100% of Career Coaches with ICC International.• Served as a working team member on the OI Partners Best Practice Committee, and shared ongoing learning with local company employees to maintain optimal quality in delivery.• Initiated and facilitated a focus group for relocated partners, generating both support and solutions for their unique concerns, while gaining valuable marketing insight.• Created a half-day “Human Resources Retreat” for leaders in an organization experiencing significant restructuring, which revitalized and refocused individuals to balance changing career goals with increasing workloads.
