I am an educator and advocate for exceptional children, youth, and adults. I have many years\' experience creating and running schools and programs for students with social, emotional, and learning needs, including those with ADHD and on the autism spectrum, with effective models to engage, educate, and motivate reluctant learners. I have an extensive background leading and serving on non-profit boards. I am passionate about protecting the natural environment and the people who depend on it. I am a hiker, cyclist, gardener and mother.
