Reports directly to VP of Dental and Veterinary M arketing. Essential Responsibilities: • Execute all aspects of direct mail, e-mail and web based campaigns from development through execution. Ensure campaigns and marketing tactics support strategy as well meet program deadlines through strong project management skills. • Manage ad buying, placement and editorial for B2B industry online and offline publications including ad development and timelines. • Lead Trade show strategy and execution working closely with branding, sales, agency and sales execution team. Travel to select shows. • Manage day-to-day expense budget including vendor relations, invoice entry and forecasting. • Use SalesForce to upload and maintain sales library of collateral and message sales representatives. • Communicate and lead project analytics: Set up analytic requirements, determine implications from analysis to impact future campaigns. • Manage external agencies/vendors – advertising, printing, mail house, etc. to ensure products are within budget, and meet project timelines. • Lead internal approval of marketing materials with marketing leadership, sales leadership, compliance, branding and legal. • Understand and maintain brand throughout all marketing efforts. • Manage campaign timelines, budgets, and calendars.
