About Linda Sierra
Linda’s career in Life Sciences spans 30 years. She\'s been in Executive Search since 2010, the first 7 years as a top executive recruiter, and in business development since 2017. She splits her time between San Diego and San Francisco Bay Area. Prior to Executive Search, Linda spent 18 years in 4 biotech companies and 1 diagnostic company in San Diego and South San Francisco. Her then focus was in Human Resources, recruiting, HRIS and stock plan administration. Linda is astute in her knowledge of the industry having hands-on experience in all stages of companies: start-up, IPO, pre-clinical, product launch and commercial, M&A, rapid growth and reductions-in-force.Linda is passionate about Diversity Equity & Inclusion and has hosted several events on the subject. She is an advocate and ally for people of color and women in executive leadership.
