I thrive on bringing out the best in others in teams to solve challenging objectives.The impossible can be accomplished if there is the will to do so. Inspiring people to achieve what was thought to be beyond their reach by combining the talents of many, in unique ways, has been the most successful way I have found to attain my objectives. Using data-driven analysis to tell the best and clearest picture of the story, I am able illustrate the growth and purpose of initiatives. Effectively partnering with all levels within an organization to achieve strategic and tactical alignment across programs, initiatives, budgets, resources, and timelines, while providing robust, best-in-class solutions, achieving strategic objectives, and creating a growth culture inspiring employees that drive results.In my projects of interest, I have been a leader in manifesting my dreams of improving the lives of others. As a Braver Angels Workshop Organizer, I have been able to bring a diverse group of Conservative and Liberal leaning people together for dialog in multiple events. The outcome has been that these often-siloed groups learn that we all have common ground. One of my most rewarding projects was learning to lead a local parish to follow my desire to connect with a school in El Salvador. Telling the story of the impact of a young US child’s $20 donation from her allowance became the impetus to raise enough money to ultimately send 75 children in El Salvador to school for a year. Bringing people together to solve problems with innovative solutions is what motivates me. Using technology to do the drudge work while leaving energy for the visionary thought is what inspires me.

1. Senior Network Technology Engineer

   AT&T

   Apr 2019 — Present

   Credited with leading the team to keep business critical AT & T UVerse network sustained by creating automation and reassigning underutilized resources which resulted in achieving $33M in cost savings in 2020.Successfully led a team of engineers and devops in cross-team collaboration on a highly visible business critical project for leadership to build a working dashboard with accurate metrics and suitable UX experience. Represented Voice of Customer to sustain AT & T network supporting 5G site rollout by successfully winning support from an authoritative agency to provide 9 month resources until transition to the next version.Strong and reliable team leadership and value goals: led sub teams together for cross-team collaboration leading working on gap resolution and growth scaling.Delivered 30 day, 60 day, 90 day plan to recover site resources to sustain a large customer network and developed a solution for automation in supporting business critical UVerse network.Calculated depletion date based on consumed resources mapped against forecasted demand for business critical network supporting 5G sustaining to resource conversion.Led team of engineers to plan for decommission of uplinks as the plan for sunset, spanning several years, for AT & T. Critical network equipment was redeployed for use in other growing areas.Conducted qualitative analysis and determined consumed resources and mapped against forecasted resource demand. Product managed site deployment of essential resource component needs and won approval from an internal regulatory agency.Delivered user acceptance of network dashboard and managed development for accurate network KPI reporting giving network performance insight. Success of the project was measured by having an accurate site representation and modeling of the network.
