Linda has been with the TaxTalent family of companies for 18 years now and during that time she has been a Recruiter, Marketer and now a Project Coordinator for search.In her current role as Project Coordinator she is the primary support for her retained search team not only in the day to day administrative functions but in all functions of the search. She is the lead person facilitating the search agreement with our Clients, setting up the initial search meetings, developing the company and candidate profile for the search, and is the main point of contact for Human Resources and the hiring authority during the search. As part of this role Linda assists in providing her team with sourcing for candidates to an information candidates need regarding the client, moving to a new location, housing resources, schools, etc. Linda is responsible for setting up interviews for candidates and works with the hiring authorities to ensure that all bases on covered on both the candidate and company side regarding travel arrangements, interview schedules and any other areas that need to be arranged for a successful candidate and client interview. Throughout the entire search process Linda ensures that the information flow to candidates and hiring authorities from her team is consistent.
