Waterman Aspen is in it\'s 35th year of business! I have been on the journey almost 50% of the way. I sit on our Senior Management board, involved in strategic decisions nationally. With a focus on Chartered Management Institution learning and development, growth of our new Land, Housing and Property sector, and maintaining responsibility for the North West teams of Civil & Structural disciplines. An exciting new development is that we are approaching a CMI accredited training plan in 2023 for all our managers. Part of the joy of the job is to see how Waterman Aspen have an input into just about every iconic design project In the UK in one form or another whether its a drawing, designing or managing.
