At the same time, re-focused department budget on client development, resulting in a more effective allocation of resources and a significant reduction in costs- Led the business development and marketing integration of three separate firm combinations including plans for client retention, cross-selling, branding, public relations, internal communications, staffing and technology- Since 2018, Dykema has earned recognition with 15 separate LMA awards from the National, Southwest, and Midwest regions, including 10 First-Place designations- Innovated the content marketing capabilities of the firm through strategic campaigns in topics important to clients using podcasts, blogs, videos, events, media relations, email, website, social media and paid media while enhancing our tactics for each of these tools- Conducted client feedback interviews to uncover additional ways to add value and build upon brand strategy- Managed the selection and implementation of technologies such as enterprise relationship management, custom app development and e-mail marketing tools for targeted client communications, accurate relationship mapping, consistent branding and operational efficiency.
