Manages inventory and issues purchase orders to vendors and ensures an uninterrupted supply.• Leads inventory management and controls of commercial drug products and materials at warehouses of Contract Manufacturing Organizations and third-party logistics companies (3PL).• Responsible for maintaining, replenishing and reconciling $125M DEA CV inventories of API, bulk tablets, semi-finished and finished goods at CMO, CPO, and 3PL locations.• Leads FDA, DEA and USDA requirements for transfer of regulated products for border crossings. Partners with transportation companies and US Customs to ensure compliance of required permits, documentation and clearance of drug products within international and federal regulations.• Leads management of shipments and logistical activities between global partners and U.S. 3PL distribution centers.• Collaborates with sales, commercial operations, global partners, CMOs and CPOs to ensure timely manufacturing and release of products from CMOs and CPOs and delivery to 3PL.• Daily communication with cross functional teams including Marketing, Sales, Finance, Procurement, Project Management, Quality Assurance, Customer Service in a virtual environment.
