As the Director of Strategy and Finance at Farmers Insurance, I led the development and execution of the claims organization\'s long-term vision, goals, and strategies. In my Finance roles, I led a team to performance FP & A as well as close management of expenses. In these roles, I was able to be a thought partner to the Claims executive team. With over 15 years of experience in the insurance industry, I have a deep understanding of the market trends, customer needs, and regulatory challenges that shape the claims landscape.I leverage my skills in scenario planning, report manager, forecasting, data analysis, financial planning/forecasting, and accounting to provide insights and recommendations that drive operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and financial performance. I also collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leaders to align the claims strategic plan with the company\'s overall objectives and values. Through my MBA in Finance, CMA certification, and Stanford Leadership certificate, I have enhanced my knowledge and competencies in finance, management, and leadership. I am passionate about delivering innovative and sustainable solutions that benefit the claims organization, the company, and the customers.
