I have fun searching for the right person to fit the position and understanding candidates\' motivations. I’ve had the chance to help companies grow by building recruitment processes from the ground up and finding the right technical talent across Europe. At Data4, I set up the recruitment function and now manage around 50 hires a year in several countries.
