ABOUT LINDA HUTCHINGS

Linda Hutchings has lived in the Conejo Valley area for over 25 years. Linda\'s passion is to help her clients succeed with what is typically one of the biggest financial investments of their lifetime. Linda takes this challenge on very seriously with dedication to her Sellers getting top dollar for their home and for her Buyers to purchase the best property that best meets their search criteria at the best possible price. This is never easy and entrusting a Realtor who will be always looking out for your best interests is essential. Linda has many years of dedicated experience in negotiating multi-million dollar deals as well as helping first time home Buyers purchase their very first starter home. Her keen knowledge of the local neighborhoods and area schools is so helpful in her ability to properly market and sell homes in the local and surrounding areas. Linda is a consistent Top Producer and she closed over $30 Million in Sales in 2020 and over $40 Million in Sales for 2021. Linda received her bachelor\'s degree from the University of California Irvine where she earned a special double emphasis in Environmental Health and City Planning as well as Psychology and Social Behavior. Linda also minored in Art History with an emphasis on architectural design. Linda was privileged to attend the Harvard University Graduate School of Design summer program in architectural design. Linda has always been fascinated with all aspects of architectural design including landscape architecture, interior design, remodeling and home staging. Prior to her career in Real Estate, Linda worked as a teacher in Oak Park Unified School District and Irvine Unified School District. Linda appreciates the value that an excellent school system brings to local neighborhoods and that is one of the main reasons so many people choose to live in the Conejo Valley. Her background knowledge in all of these fields has contributed to so much of her success as a Realtor. She is very familiar with the ups and downs of real estate cycles having personally experienced many of them first hand throughout her childhood and adult life. Linda is well aware of how tax laws, interest rates, and the mortgage and finance industries play such an integral role in achieving success in real estate. No matter what challenge Linda faces, she always focuses on maintaining a strict work ethic that focuses on the highest standards of professionalism and dedication to anticipating, understanding and achieving the goals and dreams of her clients.
