Linda G. Lee is a dual-qualified lawyer admitted in both New York and Australia, with extensive experience in corporate and structured finance across New York, Los Angeles, Hong Kong, and Sydney. She has worked in both private practice and in-house roles, advising banks, sponsors, operators, and equity participants on a wide range of corporate transactions, including cross-border and structured financings, secured and unsecured lending, leveraged leasing and restructurings.Linda began her legal career at a top-tier Australian law firm, focusing on cross-border finance and corporate mergers and acquisitions. She later moved to New York to join a leading Wall Street firm, before transitioning in-house with two premier aircraft lessors based in California and Hong Kong. After returning to private practice in New York, Linda obtained a self-sponsored green card and later joined the New York branch of a multinational bank headquartered in Tokyo.She received her law degree from the University of Sydney with an Exchange Scholarship at New York University School of Law.
