I design and deliver leadership development, organisational change and accredited learning programmes for public-sector and corporate clients across the UK and globally. I blend behavioural science with practical application to create psychologically safe, energised learning experiences that turn insight into meaningful action and lasting change. Deliver leadership development, change management and capability-building programmes, including APMG Change Management (Foundation & Practitioner), Leadership Skills, Train the Trainer and Training Management. and Neuro Linguistic Programming. Facilitate inclusive, engaging and reflective learning experiences, with consistently exceptional client and learner feedback scores for engagement, expertise, clarity and impact. Integrate behavioural-science-based approaches including SCARF, GROW, Psychological Safety and Kelman’s Levels of Adoption to support mindset, behaviour and culture change.Impact: Increased leader confidence, strengthened capability to navigate and lead change, and improved engagement and performance through more human-centred, reflective and empowering leadership practice.
