I progressed through the promotion and tenure process to become Professor of Management, developing and delivering more than 20 courses at the graduate and undergraduate levels. During this time, I served as the Director of the Business Scholars Program, Associate Dean for Students, Director of Strategic Planning, Chair of the University Planning Council and Program Director for both the MBA and MS in Technology Management programs. Although I retired from the University (age PLUS years of service!), I still teach on an adjunct basis.
