We are more than just a 100% commission company! As Princiapal Broker, I bring 19 years of successful management and real estate experience working in both residential and new construction. I have successfully built a real estate business in two markets, averaging 50 - 60 transactions every year and always selling multi million dollars worth of real estate each year. In my first year of real estate in Memphis TN, I sold more homes than any other agent in the history of the company where I was affiliated. My philosophy is simple, leadership in real estate should seek and develop talent. “Choosing to become a Principal Broker of Centric Realty was a very big decision for me because I love working for my Buyers and Sellers. However, I believe my true calling is to mentor, educate, and lead agents in their real estate career. After becoming a widow, Linda and her husband married in 2010 and have three grown children.
