ABOUT LINDA ZEITZOFF

Highly energetic and engaging, results driven nurse practitioner, medical affairs manager, diabetes educator, researcher, program manager and customer success leader who is passionate about leveraging marketing, clinical, pharmaceutical, medical device and digital health experience, to work strategically and tactically to develop and implement innovative solutions to improve the lives and outcomes of individuals living with diabetes and obesity. Key Accomplishments Developed, marketed, and led implementation of a turn-key and software only solution for outpatient insulin optimization which demonstrated improvement in patient outcomes and supported patient engagement in diabetes care. Designed and developed a diabetes management program, increasing both inpatient and outpatient revenue streams within a community-based hospital. Devised a go to market strategy to leverage existing customer relationships and build new relationships within a crowded health system landscape to maintain and grow the referral base. Leveraged diabetes and cardiovascular disease state discussions as well as patient support programs to increase growth of injectable therapy usage and patient adherence days, ranking within the top 20% between 2015 and 2017. Created and presented product and disease state content to over 500 healthcare professionals.
