Honored to receive the Chosen 2018, Administrator of the year award. To be chosen out of 26 people was a great accomplishment. I have been in long term care since 1988. started in this world as a CNA and immediately became a QMA. I then started branching out and worked in Medical Records, activities, staff education, business office manager and became an HFA in July of 2001. I love long term care and working with my team. I enjoy getting to know residents and their families and feel it\'s important to leave others feeling better when we meet. A smile is the most contagious.
