ABOUT LINDA TOLLEY-RAFFLE

With over 20 years of experience in the accounting field across various industries, I am a certified public accountant (CPA), a chartered global management accountant (CGMA), and and certified in international financial reporting standards (IFRS). My core competencies include financial analysis, accounting, reporting, forecasting, technical accounting and policy, management reporting, US GAAP and international reporting as well as insurance regulatory accounting. I am known for being an action-oriented, hands-on leader who delivers high-quality, timely financial information to senior management and business leaders, while designing and developing talent to support growth and organizational objectives. I have a strong passion for developing strategy, leading change, and improving operations, and a proven track record of undertaking the most difficult mandates and meeting tight deadlines. I am adept at problem solving and applying analytical principles to develop and execute appropriate solutions for my team and clients. I have been able to simultaneously deliver results on competing priorities throughout my career by identifying, developing, and leveraging the talent around me, with a continual emphasis on effective communication and collaboration with internal and external business partners.
