Linda is responsible for developing and implementing an ambitious Client Strategy, which aims to engage with clients to find out what they need and to develop a range of dynamic resources to support them. The first dedicated webpages for homeowner and professional clients went live in March 2023 and have been visited by over users since then. Linda\'s work is overseen by the CIOB Client Steering Group, chaired by Ayo Allu FCIOB, and 40 CIOB Client Champions - an impressive line-up of expert clients who have agreed to share their knowledge and expertise.
