ABOUT LINDA SOBCZYNSKI GILLERAN
I am one of the fortunate few who discovered their life\'s calling early on. Since high school, I\'ve been driven by the mission of using environmental law and policy to combat the climate crisis. Over the years, I\'ve honed my skills and expanded my network of environmental professionals, all with the goal of positively impacting our planet.As a partner in Farella’s Chambers USA-ranked environmental practice, I harness my experience and rely upon and support my network on behalf of my clients. I help companies navigate the alphabet soup of environmental laws, including California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), Federal Land Policy and Management Act (FLPMA), Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act (CERCLA/Superfund), Clean Water Act (CWA), and Endangered Species Act (ESA). I also have an active pro bono practice at the intersection of clean energy permitting and remediation with the goal of developing renewable energy resources at existing industrial infrastructure or brownfield sites.
