Defining and testing scripts across end to end – OTC, PTP, TM, product compliance and RTR. preparation / go live for production planning module.o Hyper Care Lead for Go Live – war room / triage situations daily activities to resolve blocks, failures with other functions for 9 months to ensure customer orders shipped. • Acted as Supply Planning Manager for Esters and Aviation for a 24-month assignment.
