Asset Manager/Director/Vice President of Asset Management• Set up and headed the Asset Management division • Grew the division from eight (8) assets totaling 1.4M SF ending with nineteen assets totaling over 4.8M SF (asset value totals approximately $800M) in 12 different states • Held and lead frequent stakeholder calls (over 550 stakeholders) • Responsible for P&L review, overseeing and sending all monthly and quarterly reporting to investors, preparing and updating five and ten-year cash flow projections on each asset, worked with Lenders/Special Services on lease approvals, SNDA’s, and loan modifications. • Performed tenant interviews and assisted in producing proforma’s for all new acquisitions; hired third party management and brokerage firms to manage the assets (managed up to 68 reports – 20 were direct) and oversaw or directly handled all operations, capital work, improvements, leasing and lease language negotiations
