Since joining in January 2015, I’ve evolved from an HR Analyst to an HR Business Partner for various business groups within Claims and Operations—demonstrating adaptability and a strong commitment to growth.I bring a solid academic foundation with a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from Sacred Heart University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Connecticut. Prior to The Hartford, I gained valuable experience as a Short Term Disability Case Manager at Aon and held HR internships at Johnson Controls and UConn.Known for my strong analytical, organizational, coordination, and critical thinking skills, I’m a genuine team player who’s always eager to learn, take on new challenges, and embrace stretch assignments.
