ABOUT LINDA RODMAN
Linda Rodman is the President of Rodman Resources LLC, an executive coaching and leadership development consulting firm, founded 30 years ago, that focuses on improving clients’ abilities to build human capital. Her passion is executive coaching that delivers observable and enduring changes that enable individuals to achieve their envisioned goals. Her coaching is behaviorally based and solution oriented, drawing on decades of leadership/neuro-leadership research. Linda customizes approaches to developing leaders based on results from a variety of assessments including those pertaining to learning agility/potential, verbal and automated 360s, MBTI and Hogan. Linda has developed, and consults/assesses on, a Situational Feedback model that matches different types of feedback to appropriate situations.Ms. Rodman specializes in running bespoke team building and leadership development off-sites that ensures that participants are comfortable using the material being taught. She partners well with both line and HR executives who value her ability to translate the complex into workable, yet innovative, approaches. She has a deep expertise in change management developed through years of GE work-out consulting. Linda directed two councils for Divisional Vice-Presidents of HR for The Conference Board. She served as a director of the Human Resource Planning Society for an extended term, chairing the Affiliate Committee and guiding the establishment of 12 regional affiliates. Ms. Rodman was also the founding president of the New York HRPS fostering its growth to over 400 members. Linda was a director of the Children’s Museum of Manhattan for eight years. Ms. Rodman’s articles have been published in the Journal of Applied Psychology, the Journal of Applied Behavioral Sciences, the Dialogue Review, by Duke Corporate Education, IE Insights by IE Business School. She was also a contributor to the “Ask the Experts” Column in Human Resource Executive Magazine. Linda has spoken at AICPA Group B, HRPS and, NYHRPS, Assoc. of Outplacement Counselors and TCB. Her professional insights have been on the radio, and used for professional videos and webcasts. She has guest lecturered at Columbia Business School, an Advisor Panelist for a Leadership series run by the Human Capital Institute. She speaks fluid French.Ms. Rodman received both her B. A, with honors and distinction in psychology, and her M. A. in organizational behavior, as winner of the Merwin R. Haskell Award, from Yale University.
