I oversee and provide strategic direction for CN Rail\'s U.S. litigation. I manage a team of in-house attorneys and Legal Claims and Risk Management Department. I oversee all U.S. litigation, including contractual and commercial disputes, class action cases, premise liability, employee injury claims, occupational illness and exposures. I direct and mentor lawyers, develop case strategy, manage budgets and external counsel, and ensure compliance with laws and regulations. Also, I provide strategic legal counsel to senior leaders, review risk, and manage the legal department\'s workflow and efficiency, aligning legal operations with overall business goals.
