ABOUT LINDA MURPHY
I partner with individuals, businesses, and multi-generational families who are committed to their financial security and faced with the challenges of wealth management in an increasingly complex investment environment. I offer my clients clear, straight forward financial education, advice, and wealth strategies to help them live their financial lives on their own terms. My passion is developing a comprehensive financial strategy for my clients to help prepare for the unexpected. My goal is to help clients feel confident knowing they have a partner to walk with them through all stages of life. I joined Edward Jones in 2021 and bring more than 21 years of financial services experience. I make every effort to keep up with the most current financial strategies and earned the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certification in In addition, I earned the Chartered Life Underwriter®, CLU® and Chartered Retirement Plan Specialist, CRPS® in order to better serve my clients. Each designation is awarded for completion of a professional education program, a final examination, commitment to a code of ethics, and continuing education. I received my B.S. in finance from the University of Alabama and a M.A. in education from Cumberland University. Throughout my career, I helped clients meet their dreams of second homes, charitable giving, providing a legacy and creating retirement security. I have also walked alongside families whose loved ones have struggled with addiction, debilitating diseases, terminal illness, and special needs family members. Each client situation is truly unique and requires a financial advisor with life experience to understand your situation and create an appropriate strategy tailored to you and your family. My husband, Rick, daughter, Kaitlyn, and I reside in Gallatin, TN. We are members of Northfield Church. We have two dogs, Nova and Bella, and a cat named Puma. I\'m a member of the Gallatin Noon Rotary and sit on several local boards.
