More than $22 billion outstanding, previous high was nine conduits in 4 countries with $67 billion outstanding. Creative problem solving using a wide range of skills. Work on all transactions initiated and closed by ABCP conduit business. Involved with all major secured asset classes including credit cards, auto leases and loans, CLOs, student loans, time shares, portfolio finance and trade receivables. Work closely with entire securitization team including originators, portfolio managers and operations. Frequent interface with legal counsel, rating agencies, banks and regulators. Oversaw audits by regulators, internal auditors and third parties. Syndicated $4 billion in liquidity to 12 different financial institutions for 35 transactions.
