Essential Functions:· Serve as main contact person for the corresponding Wedgewood Homes (WWH) managers and directors· Own decisions and create the most optimal outcome for each asset after considering all factors· Escalation point between the seller, agents, escrow, title & mortgage companies throughout the transaction when Asset Managers needs assistance· Review transaction outcomes to create and provide reporting and feedback for all transactions to WWH leaders· Responsible for becoming familiar with the region\'s unique regulations and requirements.· Responsible for prioritizing a large volume of negotiations effectively down to Asset Managers· Responsible for the training, management and transactional excellence of Asset Managers in assigned region· Responsible for ensuring internal policies are met and works closely with WWH Leaders, Compliance, Legal and People teams· Keep current with market trends to maximize asset performance/resale
