   Lead a Team of Product Owners and is responsible for ensuring that the Product Group and its Pods are creating value for the organization through the delivery of customer-focused product increments. • Maximize value, assess opportunities to improve the product delivery process, facilitate and ensure that the work embodies the Agile principles of transparency, collaboration and engagement. • Ensure that the Team follows a product vision, create and maintain a prioritized product backlog, manage delivery blockers, continuously assessing customer feedback, taking the pulse of the market as they collaborate with cross-channels partners and stakeholders. • Lead the submission and discussion of the Quarterly Business Review. • Lead relationships with business partners to ensure alignment with the execution of Product Increment Planning and the Product vision. • Lead or contribute to cross-channel/enterprise initiatives as an organizational or subject matter expert helping to identify risk and provide guidance for complex situations. • Define the OKRs in partnership with numerous stakeholders across the organization. • Manages oversight process, risk-based identification and monitoring of related risks and regulatory compliance across the supported functions, while ensuring key controls and processes are effectively managed. • Lead the facilitation and/or implementation of remediation plans to address performance risks or governance issues. • Motivate the Team with continuous feedback, coaching, check-Ins, and establishing goals, in order to drive key results and a more productive performance. • Ensure that the Team continuously aligns with senior management on the product delivery roadmap, define business requirements, and identify the product release cadence. • Ensure that Team participates in scrum events (e.g. stand-ups, retrospectives), express new ideas for improving product value or delivery efficiency and sharing with leadership as appropriate.
