ABOUT LINDA M. BROWDER
I have over 20 years of human resources management experience with extensive experience in staffing and recruiting. My HR experience covers manufacturing, hospital, newspaper industries along with the Regional Director of a staffing and recruiting division. As regional director, I was responsible for the divisions business development, market position, financial growth, strategic goals, client relationships, client growth and ultimately the success of the Montgomery office.I am an active Rotarian and currently serve on the Board of the Montgomery Capital Rotary Club, where I am a Past President and a Paul Harris Fellow. I am an active member of the Montgomery Chapter of the Society for Human Resources Management and I am the former president. I have also served as the president and the assistant regional director of Business Network International, Montgomery Chapter and serve as an active member of the Business Council of Troy University. I have also served as president of the Family Guidance Center of Alabama and I am an active member of the Montgomery Chamber of Commerce.
