ABOUT LINDA KRULISH

Linda is a physical therapist with a Masters in Health Sciences. She has worked in home health since 1988 and has been a nationally recognized expert on OASIS since its national implementation in Since 2006 Linda has lead the OASIS Answers, Inc team in over ten multi-year subcontracts with the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) and its contractors, assisting in development and maintenance of quality measures, patient assessment instruments and key provider education resources including guidance manuals, FAQ documents and provider education training materials for Post-Acute Care programs. She has provided (or currently provides) oversight and subject matter expertise for federal contracts for the CMS Quality Reporting Programs for Home Health, Hospice, Inpatient Rehab Facilities, Long Term Care Hospitals and Skilled Nursing Facilities. From 2015 to present, she has directed OASIS Answers\' subject matter expertise support to CMS for the original and expanded Home Health Value Based Purchasing Model Contracts. Linda served as the President and a Founding Member of the OASIS Certificate and Competency Board (OCCB) and continues to oversee the COS-C Exam as Chair of the Exam Review Taskforce and Clinical Director of the COS-C Certification Program. Linda is the CEO and Founder of OASIS Answers, Inc.
