   Provide day-to-day support to managers on a wide variety of HR topics including: coaching employees, complying with HR policies and programs, training and development, staffing/employee selection, compensation and benefits, performance management, talent management/succession planning, employee relations, etc. Act as point of contact for employees on HR related topics, responding directly and redirecting or escalating as necessary. Support and implement initiatives led by the HR team and recommend new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of the department and services performed. Create and maintain reports, forms, and presentations i.e. personnel reports, KPIs, organizational charts, complex spreadsheets, HR forms, and professional presentations. Organize and conduct on-boarding process and new hire orientation. Participate in employee relations counseling, coach and counsels and exit interviews. Utilize Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) for data input, personnel transactions, verification, and reporting.Maintain compliance with federal, state and local regulations as well as company policies Assist with administrating Workers Compensation, FMLA, ADA, and unemployment cases to include working with members of the HR team and external vendors/agencies, fielding calls/inquiries, reporting updates, etc. Regularly engage employees in assigned areas and actively contribute to maintaining PERI’s culture My employee base covers all of the US and all employees, both management and hourly.
