As a co-founder in a developing country, I’ve had the privilege of laying the foundation for a company and driving its growth while significantly expanding my cultural competence. My true passion lies in creating efficient, collaborative environments that empower teams to thrive and reach their full potential. Today I help start-ups and new ventures build sustainable sales teams. I specialize in organizational development, relationship-building, and scaling operations effectively. I’m driven by a commitment to continuous growth—both professionally and personally—and take pride in fostering teams that excel in dynamic and ever-changing environments.Outside of my professional life, I’m passionate about sustainability, enjoy connecting with nature, and embrace a plant-based lifestyle. Yoga helps me maintain balance and energy, while volleyball allows me to clear my mind and stay active.My vision is simple: I want to leave the world a little better than I found it—whether through the impact I make in my work or by making mindful choices in my daily life.
