I have 15yrs. of experience in transaction coordinating. I received my Real Estate license in 2014. I am highly-organized with ability to multi-task, strong time management skills & Team player. I work closely between all parties involved in the sales transaction by communicating continually, excellent verbal and written communication skills. I do have knowledgeable in Short Sale Process, negotiating & Specific Bank requirements, exceed client expectations for responsiveness & customer service. I help identify & resolve any issues asap. I take away a lot of stress for the realtors to help them have time to List and Sell Real Estate. I help them manage all the paperwork involved in the selling process. I List/Maintain the property on MLS, advertise on Craigslist, Prepare all Disclosures & order NHD of your choice. As well as, organizing & uploading all documents, review compliance paperwork, proactively track and meet closing deadlines. I open Escrow & order Inspections/Home Warranty/etc. I ensure all docs are signed & complete by closing.
