I\'m a 20 years experienced lawyer with significant experience in commercial law and ethics & compliance processes. I served, mainly, as in-house counsel for multinational groups (General Electric, Dresser, Baker Hughes) supporting different functions along my career and interacting with top management to discuss strategy and risk. My ability to design processes and to manage complex projects, such as the rewiring of legal processes, post-acquisition integration projects and ERP implementation, allowed me to add managerial and technical skills to the traditional legal skills. The “value adding” attitude drives my daily job.
