Leading and developing the BHF Volunteering Strategy to deliver a volunteering programme that attracts new volunteers and and engages and inspires current volunteers in the Fight for Every Heartbeat. Ensuring the Volunteers are listened to and engaged with and feel a valuable part of the BHF. Supporting volunteers to gain personal benefit from volunteering through learning new skills, being part of a team, and supported into employment where appropriate Developing the skills of paid staff to lead and support volunteers, so that they feel fully informed about the organisation and it strategic priorities Managing Retail Volunteering through a team to support the Retail managers to work with volunteers. Working with numerous training providers and Job Centre Plus to deliver voluntary work experience opportunities to young people
