Management of administrative side of business, my partner, Lew Kravetz handles all the new sales and up-selling of our customer base. We provide the back office for our customers free of charge as we get paid on the back end from the carriers we represent. A database and tracking system is in place for the admin portion of the business. I handle all the accounting, payroll, taxes, personnel, health insurance, as well as manage employees at the office and work of streamlining our business for the benefit of our customers. I handle the large business and the customers with chronic issues. Since we work for the customer we will be sure they get all credits they are entitled to, based on our record keeping for all cusotmers with details to get credits per respective carriers Service Level Agreements for the products, Voice, Data, MPLS, Dynamic T\'s, Special Toll Free Routing requirements, recommendations of vendors as the customer may require.
