Healthcare and Hospital Administration Executive. Most senior nursing and hospital operations executive at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta, one of the largest pediatric clinical care providers in the country; an extensive career in healthcare starting as a nurse and progressing through a series of leadership and executive roles in ambulatory, emergency services, patient care services, trauma and operations. Children’s is comprised of three hospital campuses—Arthur M. Blank, Hughes Spalding and Scottish Rite—with 673 licensed beds and more than 25 neighborhood locations serving over patients annually. Serves as the accountable executive for the delivery of overall inpatient clinical care by driving operational excellence in the hospital setting, providing the highest level of patient experience in the industry, and leading system-wide integration of nursing initiatives. Provides oversight of more than 6,200 employees on geographically dispersed teams in diverse care settings. Demonstrates success in strategic planning, people management, maximizing operational efficiencies, developing sound fiscal management programs and establishing service excellence initiatives. Led the successful multi-year planning of the transition process and the move of over 200 patients from Egleston and Aflac Cancer and Blood Disorders Center at Scottish Rite to Arthur M. Blank Hospital in under 10 hours.
