ABOUT LINDA CAZIER

Linda Cazier is an experienced Senior Development Manager with a broad range of experiences in applications development ranging from solution through design, delivery, and deployment. Her scope of management included portfolios of $25 to $30 million USD that encompasses application development. She has vast experience in process controls and is considered an expert in development methodology. For more than three decades, Linda has held a variety of positions in various organizations supporting a Fortune 100 client including development manager, system engineer and developer, project manager, program manager, process manager, quality manager, and engineering business manager. She previously led a team of 26 software developers providing custom software development utilizing Software Development Lifecycle processes, tools and automation for the Global Product Develop & Quality organization.Her experience also includes leading global development teams utilizing resources across the full spectrum of skills from analysts to testers, developers and architects in key resource center locations including India and China, and managed vendor/contractor relationships and arrangements. She directed 13 Project Managers in the delivery of up to 22 active projects and 13 projects in warranty simultaneously and selected project resources to staff projects globally with cumulative resources of up to 250 people.She has a broad range of skills including program management for global project teams including US, Germany, China, Brazil, and India, project management principles, financial management (revenue, expense), outstanding communications, client relationships, change control, and business acumen. Experienced in waterfall, agile and iterative development processes including EDS, HP and GM methodologies.Linda has established her own unique direct methods for engaging employees that expose their career potential. These methods include a blend of technology & personal experiences that fosters manager/employee engagement and furthers professional growth. Linda also puts extra focus on harnessing the opportunity of diversity in her team.Linda is currently an Engineering Business Manager for the Commerce organization. She is a certified PMP since 2003 and continues to grow her skills in this discipline. Linda holds a bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science from the Clarion University of Pennsylvania.
