ABOUT LINDA CARR IENG

I have worked in the design and construction industry for 40 years within various disciplines and I have extensive experience and knowledge of all aspects of Civil Engineering. I have extensive knowledge within the transportation field including delivery of Developer led Section 278\'s, 274 and 106 agreements and understand the Legal requirements to deliver them successfully. I also have considerable experience in the improvements and maintenance of roads, highway structures and environmental projects on trunk roads, motorway and local authority networks. I understand the needs of the business and the clients’ expectations from it. I manage a team of Project managers delivering a programme of multiple schemes with an average turnover of £90m to £120m per year. I am an experienced Technical Manager of all elements of highway works as well as a responsible and encouraging leader.I operate a Lean, collaborative programme planning and visual management culture within my team which has enabled significant savings to the client on time and budget. I am dedicated to developing individuals and their careers and enabling them to achieve their potential.I am a highly motivated Senior Manager who is passionate to build client relationships to enable excellent quality service delivery.
