I am a Residential Real Estate agent and it has been my honor to be a REALTOR since 2001.My partner and I represent buyers and sellers of residential property in Marin, Napa and Sonoma counties. In edition to my general real estate license, I have trained as a specialist in the area of the real estate representation for seniors earning the SRES (Seniors Real Estate Services)designation. I find working with seniors in transition to be rewarding and satisfying. I am licensed to sell real estate throughout the state of California, but my area of expertise is Marin, Sonoma and Napa Counties. I have numerous connections to other agents throughout the state and country that I refer my clients to when they need out of area services.I have done stacks of short sales, trust sales and sales of bank owned properties. I am familiar with the paperwork and processes to manage such transactions.Century 21 Bundesen is my brokerage of choice.
