I started out as an assistant to the Pennysaver sales staff at Scotsman Press, moved to the commercial printing department as a customer service rep, then promoted to assistant sales manager and finally sales manager. Scotsman closed in 2014 and I started at Upstate Printing as an account manger. I was recently promoted to Director of Sales. My skills are in Sales Management, Account Management, and Business-to-Business (B2B). My strength is in my ability to relate to my customers (most have become friends over the years) and my ability to keep a strong balance between my responsibilities to my customers and to Upstate Printing.
