Linda has an active trial practice and has conducted jury trials in the Northern District of California and Western District of Arkansas, bench trials in California and Delaware state courts, and has argued before numerous state and federal courts and administrative agencies. Outside of the courtroom, she is frequently invited to speak at national conferences on e-discovery and intellectual property matters. She also has significant experience in dispute resolution, having overseen a mediation program for a California utility that successfully resolved thousands of wildfire claims in less than three years, including the resolution of thirteen preference and three bellwether cases set for trial in Sacramento Superior Court.
