ABOUT LINDA BRANNING

I bring over 30 years of experience and leadership in the claims adjusting field and have handled all types of claims including 1st and 3rd party, workers compensation and specialty, including litigation. During my almost 10 years at Citizens I accomplished many goals. I was Litigation Triage Manager where I created a highly successful and proven process to triage new lawsuits and direct them to the right litigation specialists to handle based on my team\'s recommendations of defensibility. Correctly assessing the strengths and weaknesses of a case and then placing it with the right adjuster became such a successful trait of my team that the team grew into two high performing teams that still operate with great success today. Another accomplishment was being entrusted by Citizens to negotiate directly with opposing counsels in South Florida and conduct settlement conferences for hundreds of claims and lawsuits. I favorably settled hundreds of lawsuits and saved millions of dollars in litigation costs and expenses. I was named Adjuster of the Year in 2013 and was promoted to Litigation Manager. I previously owned the independent adjusting company Claimco, Inc. I was able to grow that business and successfully serve my clients’ needs in a wide variety of ways. In fact, Claimco, Inc. was so well regarded that we became the exclusive adjusters for the Jacksonville International Airport along with two other municipal airports and were awarded the contract to provide claims administration and on-scene bus accident investigations for the Jacksonville Transportation Authority.
