About Linda Blackerby
Now that she has retired, Linda is an artist specializing in contemporary abstract art. Her work is collected nationally, exhibited in several Vermont galleries, and permanently shown in the University of Vermont Medical Center. Linda brings a unique mix of global commercial operating and strategy experience and D&I expertise. She also currently serves on the BoD of Mercury Data Science. Linda has 30 yrs of global experience in Life Sciences, including 11 yrs as a global division President of Pharma Intelligence, a provider of analytics-enabled Biopharma R&D and commercialization solutions at Informa PLC, a FTSE 100 Co. Under her tenure the business unit achieved consistent YOY top and bottom line growth, successfully developed and launched new products, and acquired and divested businesses. She has had a broad remit across commercial functions, from leading M&A and business development strategy, to building out large global commercial organizations in competitive markets, with a strong track record of optimizing margins while returning businesses to growth, specializing in subscription revenue models. She is a former CPA, and recently retired as the first-ever Chief D&I Officer at Informa.
