Courses Taught: Beginner and Advanced Jaspersoft Reporting / KeyBridge API Training / Fundamentals of Agile and Scrum Methodology / Server & Database Administration / Forms General Usage- Instruct, support and coach clients and CU staff in developing their knowledge of Jaspersoft Reports, SQL coding language, the KeyStone interface, UI and Batch Scripting (with JavaScript) capabilities- Develop original eLearning content (A/V creation and publishing) using Audacity, Camtasia, LMS and other learning software with proven success to educate clients with long-term practical and conceptual skills- Analyze client training needs and consult with Management on areas of development, and provide solutions for Operations improvement- Develop new courses on Database Management (using PuTTY), Agile and Scrum 101, API Capabilities- Track client questions through JIRA tickets, create Confluence documentation and JIRA tickets- Manage course registrations, training calendar, course curricula and end-user documentation - Software proficiency in WebEx Training, AIX Administration (PuTTY), Data Studio, Jaspersoft Studio, proprietary SaaS and any other type of software tracking program- Assist clients with report development, SQL queries, XML, and technical troubleshooting- Customize and maintain new and existing training programs and courses for clients to enhance their overall training experience- Develop and maintain an understanding of KeyStone platform and stay current with enhancements and version changes- Assist with KeyStone curriculum documentation and eLearning materials/job aides. Regularly contribute new documentation, review training materials for accuracy to improve student retention- Stay current with modern theories and methodologies for andragogical learning and online instruction
