Project Management Experience • Over 20 years of experience in the commercial and residential construction industries • Managed design build projects to the value engineering, buy-out, contract negotiations and scheduling for project pre-construction • Ensured timely project start-up and completion by managing owner expectations, municipality requirements from permit submission to final city inspection • Effectively managed project schedules, document flow process from start to finish, ensured project quality and compliance with specifications, coordinated timely procurement of material and equipment while controlling costs • Oversaw project billing, profit, loss and change pricing for multi-million dollar projects • Interviewed, hired, and trained superintendents, resulting in the highest performing construction team in the company Projects recognized in 2020 and 2021 as ABC Excellence in Construction Merit Winners, also multiple times as Production Manager of the Year for having the fastest build times, lowest variance, highest quality, and the highest customer satisfaction
