Driven by curiosity\", a true example of Career Jungle Gym- where careers are not linear- I have started my career in theatre-acting then moved to finish my PhD in Neuroscience, researching Neuroplasticity. Being curious, lead me to Agile coaching, change management and organizational design across different industries and disciplines. I am intrinsically \" Teacher by heart\", I shine when I teach, educate or inspire others by asking tons of questions ⁉ and encouraging people to become curious 🤔 I am currently bootstrapping my startup Numo: a B2B, learning & development SaaS for middle managers to own their career growth KPIs. I am passionate about people growth, metrics and data, teaching and the cherry on the top is women empowerment
